The memory graphs were actually only reporting how much memory was
allocated to a VM from the hosts perspective: we didn't have any
mechanism to see how much the guest was actually using, so the graph
wouldn't change unless the user hotplugged memory.

Libvirt now has an API that reports actual guest memory usage, so
reviving the memory graphing to use that API is a good idea.

This has been requested before: some sort of 'slim' view sounds like a
good idea to me, and I'd gladly take a patch.
