[virt-tools-list] virt-manager translation issue

I am helping reviewing the italian translation for virt-manager, and
I've found this string to be particularly hard to translate:

"Could not determine remotely accessible hostname for destination connection."
msgstr ""

Can anyone here expand a bit the context of this message?

Bonus point for adding some comment in the .pot so all translators
could benefit...
