SSH transport in libvirt is based on the ssh binary. libvirt uses
fork/exec to run ssh. So we either need to make libvirt use some
replacement for fork/exec that works on Windows, or rewrite the ssh
transport to use libssh2 (assuming that OpenSSH and/or libssh2 works
on Windows).

As Justin says, SSH transport on Windows won't arrive anytime soon I think.

Yes, I have that too. I didn't look at it yet, probably some path
problem, like Windows vs Unix paths.
