You can use virt-manager's 'Add Hardware' wizard to add a spice graphics
device to your guest. You'll also want to make sure you have the latest
qemu-system-x86 package as well (in fact, latest packages in fedora may still
not be new enough for this to work with libvirt, so you may need to build from
upstream).
