For comparison, here are the extensions available in latest X.org:
number of extensions: 27
BIG-REQUESTS
Composite
DAMAGE
DOUBLE-BUFFER
DPMS
DRI2
GLX
Generic Event Extension
MIT-SCREEN-SAVER
MIT-SHM
RANDR
RECORD
RENDER
SGI-GLX
SHAPE
SYNC
X-Resource
XC-MISC
XFIXES
XFree86-DGA
XFree86-VidModeExtension
XINERAMA
XInputExtension
XKEYBOARD
XTEST
XVideo
XVideo-MotionCompensation
I can't see anything important missing from the Cygwin server though.
It has all the obvious stuff like RENDER.
Dan, doesn't virt-viewer use some funky stuff to do screen scaling? I
thought it was GLX (which both servers have) but perhaps it's
something else.
Rich.
