Ah, interesting idea providing a OS for the
latest current update. I'm wondering whether
this is actually needed in the data files
though.

I'm not sure it is currently possible, but I'd
think our APIs ought to allow an application to
apply a filter to fetch only OS instances, which
are *not* upgraded by any other OS. Then we
would not need to explicitly list latest OS
in the data files.
