For RHEL there is the following useful page
https://www.redhat.com/rhel/compare/
For Fedora, the release notes for each release generally have a hardware
requirements section right at the start
Fedora 13:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/13/html/Release_Notes/index.html#sect-Release_Notes-Hardware_Requirements
Fedora 14:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/14/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Welcome_to_Fedora_14.html#sect-Release_Notes-Hardware_Overview
Fedora 15:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/15/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Welcome_to_Fedora_15.html#sect-Release_Notes-Hardware_Overview
