[virt-tools-list] [libosinfo] Device drivers API/data

These patches add means for apps to find and fetch device drivers and to tell
installer about where to find pre- and post-installation device drivers.

Also included is the first implementation: virtio storage device drivers for
Windows XP and Windows 7.

I have tested these against Boxes and they seem to work flawlessly. I have not
yet finalized and uploaded the Boxes patch but it will be available here soon:

Note that the viostor driver files are currently located in private webspace.
We can move those files once we have mergable patches.
