[virt-tools-list] [libosinfo 1/2] xp: Bump recommended RAM and storage

A RAM of 128 MiB and storage of 2 GiB might have been adequate in the
days when XP came out but now a days its not a lot at all. So lets
recommend at least 512 MiB RAM and 10 GiB storage.
