[virt-tools-list] virt-manager QEMU Boot Options UEFI/EFI support

Using virt-manager with QEMU, how do I create an instance with UEFI?

I'm attempting to import a VHD (created through Disk2vhd) of a Windows 8 
system, but UEFI seems required.

Additionally, I'd like to create virtual UEFI Fedora 18 instances.
