[virt-tools-list] Unable to Install Ubuntu 13.10 on KVM CentOS 6.5 host

When I attempt to install an Ubuntu 13.10 server on a KVM CentOS 6.5 machine, virt-manager throws the following errors:

Please point me to instructions for installing an Ubuntu 13.10 server iso on a KVM CentOS 6.5 machine.
