[virt-tools-list] Is virsh supposed to work on Windows?

I agree with this, and the msi installer should be named
remote-viewer-X.YY.msi to reflect that.
On the other side, there should be an official place for people like me,
who are interested in testing virsh and virt-viewer (and who knows, some
day virt-manager) on Windows, to get test binaries. There should be some
effort on continuing the porting, not stopping on remote-viewer.
