Anyway, the issue is in your environment: Network configuration issues
plus your custom OS tree does not seem to contain valid content.

In the Kickstart file, you added the URL line as below:

    url --url http://192.168.122.1:8000

You have to ensure the OS tree path contains *all* the necessary
images/content. As an example, take a look here for Fedora 21:

    http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/21/Server/x86_64/os/

As the message clearly says, you seem to have some network config issues
in your environment and as a result it cannot find the proper installer
image.
