Hi Chandrashekhar,
I guess you missed Kashyap's reply on the virt-tools-list.
The reason your guest is failing is because your ISO mounted http server is not accessible to the guest once it boots to the installer.
You havent attached your network XML. My guess is that this error is because of your use of QEMU user-mode networking. Try using the bridged interface instead, and this should go away.
