Well the '--verbose' option is intended to give information about
what virt-viewer is doing. So if the user reads what --verbose
is doing, then it should be obvious that the 'shutting down'
message refers to an action virt-viewer is taking, in response
to the guest display closing.

I'd just mark that NOTABUG. The user simply mis-understoood the
context & purpose of --verbose messages. Trying to protect against
all user mis-understandings of this kind is a waste of time.
