Okay, this error only happens when using Windows XP machines due to a
GLib "regression"[0], see the bug here:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=730352.
[0]:
Seems like GLib is going to drop support to Windows XP (and GTK already did)
20:56 < fidencio> ebassi: about your comment on 730352 ... does it
mean "we don't care about regressions on XP?"
or just "we are not trying to improve anything on XP"?
20:57 < ebassi> fidencio: Neither :-)
20:57 < ebassi> fidencio: I said that the regression should be investigated
20:57 < ebassi> fidencio: And possibly fixed — but we're going to
drop Windows XP everywhere (GTK already
did), so it may not help you much in the longer term.
20:58 < ebassi> i.e. even if Fan or LRN manage to fix it, it just
delays the inevitable
21:00 < ebassi> fidencio: You may want to stay with an older
version of GLib, at least for Windows XP builds.
