[virt-tools-list] Switched virt-manager translations to fedora.zanata.org

Hey all,

I just pushed a commit switching virt-manager's translation infrastructure to
fedora.zanata.org. This follows libvirt's transition back in March:

Translations are handled at fedora.zanata.org. Please register for a Fedora
account as described on the front page at:
