[virt-tools-list] Using "local" ISO file with a remote system

This eluded me for quite some time, creating a storage pool on the
remote connection pointing to your remote ISO directory should give you
what you are looking for.
(select your connection in virt-manager, "connection details",
"storage" and click on the '+' icon).
