[virt-tools-list] [PATCH virt-what v2] Update to detect QEMU via 'TCGTCGTCGTCG' CPUID

QEMU >= 2.10 will start reporting the string "TCGTCGTCGTCG"
for CPUID queries when running under TCG only (KVM signature
is unchanged)
