[virt-tools-list] [PATCH 0/2] use libvirt virConnectGetAllDomainStats

Statistics for all domains are obtained in connection class. Statistics
of each domain are passed to .tick() method.
Reduces number of polling.
If virConnectGetAllDomainStats() is not supported, virt-manager
fallbacks to use of old methods.
