The pull request is done automatically by Weblate
(translate.fedoraproject.org) and it reflect that state in there. I've
fixed the strings on that page so next update to the pull request should
be good. The first string "Refresh snapshot list" was not translated at
all in Weblate.

It's not possible to combine the two approaches. Weblate holds the
master copy of all translations and if we would update something in our
repository directly it would be changed back by update from Weblate.

The only thing that we can do is to take the changes posted to mailing
list and apply them manually in Weblate. As you can understand for
obvious reasons we would like to avoid that :).

I guess with better documentation from our side and Weblate the process
should not be that difficult. As Cole mentioned we are new to Weblate as
previously we were using Zanata so we still need to figure out the
process ourselves and create documentation so other contributors can
just follow it.
