Connection issues with virt-viewer 9.0 (win)

Ok I was able to start remote-viewer manually like this: remote-viewer
--debug --spice-debug
I was able to do this with both ver 7 and 9 but as far as I can tell
neither did any longing.
Windows did give me it's own error message with ver 9 if this helps:
