qemu-kvm 0.12.x is affected by that issue, there is no patch to fix it in Debian
for now. I saw a patch ("Fix CMOS info for drives defined with -device") on the
qemu-devel list, but it should be backported to 0.12.4.

Thank you Cole for pointing those patches to me, I will add it to actual
Debian packages.
