[virt-tools-list] virt-manager HAL

I rebuild libvirt with netcf

It was created by libvirt configure 0.9.13, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.69.  Invocation command line was

  $ ./configure --prefix=/usr --libexec=/usr/lib/libvirt
--with-storage-lvm --without-xen --with-udev --without-hal
--disable-static --with-
init-script=systemd --with-netcf

but it seems that didnt solve it

can you plz provide me with some pointers ?

or i have to address this issue to libvirt list ?
