Hi, great job.  Although I'm still missing one thing in particular
which I'm struggling with (due to other higher priority stuff being
thrown into the mix in regular intervals).  The thing is described in
Bug 1036716 [1] and I've posted a unacceptable patch earlier (and
haven't had time to deal with it since.  I'm starting to work on it
right now and will see how it goes.  I'd be glad to have this in since
many users can hit this bug.
