[virt-tools-list] [virt-bootstrap] [PATCH] setup: Use pylint/pycodestyle modules

Use pylint/pycodestyle modules instead of calling the executables
to ensure that Python 3 code is checked with Py 3 version of
pylint/pycodestyle.
